Can BrainyLeo read a story out loud to my child?
Yes. When the page you photograph is a story, poem or reading passage, Leo the lion reads it aloud from start to finish, highlighting each word as he says it so your child can follow along.
Does the quiz start automatically after the story?
No. When Leo finishes reading he asks whether your child would like to try a quiz about the story. Your child can take the quiz, hear the story again, or stop — nothing starts on its own.
What happens if the page is a worksheet instead of a story?
BrainyLeo classifies the page first. Worksheets skip the read-aloud and go straight to questions that test the skill being practised, while stories are read aloud first.
Which curriculum and subjects does it work with?
